By accessing or using Biztrak (the “Service”) operated by Zazitek Pte Ltd (“Zazitek”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You may use the Service only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must not misuse or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service.
Organisations that register as tenants on Biztrak are responsible for ensuring their users comply with these Terms. Tenant administrators are responsible for managing user access and permissions within their organisation.
The Service and all its contents are owned by Zazitek and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of data you submit to the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zazitek shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
