Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Zazitek (“the service”), operated from Singapore (UEN 53513942W). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Zazitek helps businesses create, send, chase, and reconcile invoices, including reminders sent over messaging channels and payment links. Features may change as the service evolves.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. You must have authority to act on behalf of any business you register.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the service lawfully, to only message recipients you are permitted to contact and have a lawful basis to reach, and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service.
AI features
Some features use artificial intelligence to generate invoices and draft or send replies. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content, and we recommend confirming details before relying on or sending it.
Third-party services
The service integrates with third-party providers for messaging, payments, accounting, hosting, and AI. Your use of those integrations may be subject to the third parties' own terms, and we are not responsible for their services.
Payments and billing
Paid plans, fees, and billing terms, where applicable, will be presented to you before purchase. Payment processing and collections may be handled by third-party providers subject to their own terms.
Intellectual property
Zazitek and its content, excluding your data, are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. You retain ownership of the data you submit and grant us the rights needed to provide the service.

Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific payment outcome will be achieved.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zazitek will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
